SCS Sensitive Claims Provider Applications

There is now a new application process in place to become a provider for ACC sensitive claims. Prior to this new process, we would submit the application on your behalf, but with the new changes you now need to apply directly to ACC via an online form. It’s not hard and we will guide you and continue to support you along the way.

We can start the process of you being a provider for Your Focus now, so that when your registration is approved, you will be ready to receive training and referrals.

The Process

• Email us which option you are applying for by clicking on the relevant link below, and attach your CV.

• We will send you the information, links and resources for each option, on how to Apply to ACC and to be approved under our supplier contract.

The Contracts

• I want to apply to become ACC registered as a provider (counsellor, psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist), and come under your supplier contract. Click to email.
