Counselling / Therapy Services

Counselling gives you the chance to talk things through and it often relieves the pressure, clearing the way for you to focus and decide what to do next.  It will help you find your sense of direction enabling you to look at your life more objectively.  Counselling can be seen as a journey of releasing your inner strength and giving you the opportunity to live in a more fulfilling and effective way and it addresses and resolves specific problems thereby assisting you in making decisions through personal insight and knowledge.

Counselling / Therapy Approach

Being witness to a person's transformation through the counselling process is both fulfilling and rewarding and I feel privileged to work alongside people in helping them through their life journey.  I work in a non-judgmental way that allows you to be truly open to explore your situation.  To maintain effectiveness and safety in my work, I have regular counselling and clinical supervision.  I consider it a privilege to work with people on this level and I work with a wide range of people from all walks of life.   I believe that we are all able to solve our own problems and overcome our difficulties but at times we need help and support to achieve this.
