We Are Here To Help
Your Focus Ltd matches clients with professional therapists, and allied professionals, throughout Aotearoa, either face to face or online.
We have a number of contracts that provide people with free therapy, and a directory of private practice therapists. All providers who work for us are professionally trained, trauma informed, belong to a professional body with a code of ethics, and have regular professional supervision.
We support, and are grateful to, these professionals for the work they do to help change lives every day. We are always looking to add providers to our portfolio.
We support and honour the people who are reaching out for help.

Mind-Body Harmony Groups
"As an individual, and as a business, we are committed to embracing diversity and fostering inclusivity, and wholeheartedly support, and are deeply committed to biculturalism in New Zealand. We recognize the significance of honouring the Tangata Whenua, the indigenous people of Aotearoa, as well as respecting and celebrating the diverse cultures of all peoples in this nation. I acknowledge the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, the Treaty of Waitangi, which forms the foundation of our nation's partnership, participation, and protection. I believe that by upholding the values enshrined in Te Tiriti o Waitangi and embracing our bicultural heritage, we can work towards a more equitable and prosperous future for all." - Sam Mitchell Director
